SMART FIT
SMART FIT is our community fitness partnership, where we offer bespoke Health testing, seminars, and rapid injury recovery support to community gyms and fitness programmes. ADDICTIONS SUPPORT
Our Communities can be fractured, with people misunderstood and misunderstanding each other Our Addictions support interventions bring people together, enabling their voices to be heard, and their trauma's contextualised within a safe environment. One on one addictions care is also provided within a multidisciplinary team
TRAUMA RELEASE FOR COMMUNITIES
Our Trauma release faciltators are able to provide Community TRE for groups of people who are struggling with high stress or trauma. We provide services to community based organisations, for their staff, or for groups of people who connect with us.
